Terms & Conditions

Last updated May 24, 2026 · By purchasing a ticket or attending a CAILE event you agree to everything below.

01Who We Are

CAILE Events ("CAILE," "we," "us," "our") produces ticketed nightlife experiences in New York and partners with independent hosts. These Terms govern your use of caile.events and any CAILE-presented or CAILE-hosted event, including CAILE La Premiere on Saturday, June 13, 2026.

02Tickets, Pricing & Service Fees

  • All ticket prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include a non-refundable service fee shown at checkout. Stripe processes every transaction.
  • A ticket is a revocable license to attend a single event on the date and tier shown on the QR code. It is not a permanent right of admission.
  • Tier inventory is limited. Pricing, perks, and availability may change at any time. Once sold out, tiers will not be reopened.
  • Promotional codes are non-stackable, non-transferable, and may be revoked if used fraudulently.

03Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellation

  • All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except where required by law.
  • If CAILE cancels an event in full, ticket holders will receive a refund of the ticket face value (excluding service fees) within 14 business days to the original payment method.
  • If CAILE postpones or changes the venue, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds are issued for date or venue changes.
  • Lost, stolen, or duplicated QR codes will not be honored beyond the first successful scan.

04Entry, Age & ID

  • 21+ with valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry to all CAILE La Premiere ticket tiers and any event where alcohol is served. Expired IDs, photos of IDs, and digital scans are not accepted.
  • The complimentary shot at entry (+1 for standard tiers, +2 for VIP Access) is available only to guests 21 and over with a valid ID and is subject to applicable law and the venue's discretion. No cash value.
  • Doors open at 10:00 PM. Entry may close before the official end time once capacity is reached. Re-entry is not guaranteed.
  • Couple's Pass admits two people on a single QR — both guests must enter together at the same scan.
  • Early Bird tickets must be scanned in before 11:00 PM. Early Bird guests arriving after 11:00 PM will be charged an additional fee at the door, at CAILE's discretion. This cutoff protects the value of the tier for guests who arrived on time.

05Code of Conduct

CAILE rooms are intentional. We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove without refund, any guest who:

  • Is intoxicated, disorderly, or visibly impaired upon arrival;
  • Engages in harassment, discrimination, violence, or any conduct that endangers other guests, staff, performers, or the venue;
  • Brings weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, or prohibited items;
  • Fails to comply with the dress code, venue rules, security checks, or directions from CAILE staff.

Zero tolerance. No refunds for guests removed under this section.

06Photo, Video & Media Release

CAILE events are photographed and recorded. By entering, you grant CAILE and our partners a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your likeness in promo, social, and marketing materials. If you do not consent, please notify a host at check-in and we will do our best to accommodate.

07Resale, Transfers & Gift Tickets

  • Tickets may not be resold above face value. Tickets resold via third-party platforms may be voided at the door without refund.
  • When you mark a ticket as a gift at checkout, the QR code is emailed directly to the recipient and a receipt summary is emailed to you. The recipient must meet the age and ID requirements above.

08VIP, Tables & Reservations

VIP Access and any reserved or table experience are subject to confirmation by a CAILE host. Minimums (where applicable), party-size limits, and timing are confirmed in writing before the event. Bottle service and table service are provided by the venue and subject to venue policy.

09Health, Safety & Force Majeure

You assume the ordinary risks of attending a live event. CAILE is not liable for cancellation, delay, or modification caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, public-health orders, venue closures, strikes, utility failures, or acts of government.

10Privacy & Communications

We collect the information you provide at checkout (name, email, phone) and use it to deliver tickets, send event-day reminders, and process refunds. We do not sell your information. Transactional emails (tickets, receipts, day-of details) are required and cannot be unsubscribed; promotional emails include an unsubscribe link in every message.

11Intellectual Property

The CAILE name, marks, logos, flyer artwork, photography, and site design are owned by CAILE Events. Nothing on caile.events grants you a license to reproduce, modify, or distribute our marks or content without prior written consent.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAILE's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to a ticket purchase or event attendance is limited to the amount you paid for the affected ticket. CAILE is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

13Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when. Continued use of caile.events or attendance at a CAILE event after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
